May involve

Hi

Injuries from the former and latter stretches may involve excessively squeezing the spinal discs, jamming together the spinal joints, and pinching the spinal nerves emerging from the lumbar vertebrae.

--- Does it say that when you perform these stretches you may squeeze the spinal discs etc.? Or maybe it says that these injuries may be the result of squeezing the spinal discs when doing these stretches?

By the way: Isn't "squeezing" and "jamming together" the same thing?

thanks
