May i know which of these are correct?

1. Mr Lee did not scold us when he saw i i was injured.

2. Mr. Lee did not scold us when he saw that i was injured.

3. Mr Lee did not scold us when he saw me injured.

i feel that all of them are correct but don't know if they truly are. Please give your guidance. thanks
