May i know if this sentence is gramatically correct

Hi Tutor,

May i know if these below sentences are gramatically correct.


"To understand in IT skills and be able to produce exactly what clients require and beyond"

"To value and improve the knowledge of information system so as to meet the organizational information needs and to aid the company work flow as well as to facilitate communications among employees"

Gary, The problem is with "understand in ". " is probably what you want, where IT is information technology, I assume. Even though this is grammatically correct, you may want to rethink whether "understand" is the correct word for what you want to say.

The problem is with "understand in".
"To understand IT skills ..." is probably what you want, where IT is information technology, I assume.

This is a strange collocation for English. has social meanings [polite request/permission] and level of certainty meanings in English. Your sentence, using with seems to point to a level of certainty meaning.

should be "...information systems ..."

Again, while the grammar is OK, the style is rather wordy! You may want to express all these thoughts differently, separating the individual points. That is your personal decision, of course, and is based on your purpose in making the statement.
