may I have a native speaker to help correcting my writing?
Dear native speakers, I am going to finish my application of permanent residence in Canada. The following is part of such an application. Could you please modify it to make it reads more normal? Thanks a lot for your great help!
Checklist and Notes
1. Two passports.
Both of the validities have been extended to the year of 2016. See page 6 of both for reference.
2. Four color photo prints.
The two color photo prints of my wife do not bear the date the photo was taken. The reason is that at present my wife is visiting her family in Nanjin, P. R. China, where she cannot find a photography satisfying such a requirement of putting date on back of photo. According to email correspondence with your staff, however, we provide a remedy for this; please just refer to the following item.
3. One large black and white photo print of my wife.
This photo was taken in Canada bearing the date the photo was taken, which is 27th March 2007. I hope the comparison between this photo print and the two color photo prints of my wife could ensure you that the color photo was taken within 6 month (in fact, it was taken just recently on 8th November 2007).
4. The Fees and Passports Instructions sheet.
Both of us have paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fees.
5. Return Envelope.
One FedEx envelope together with a completed air waybill.
