May I have a better substitute for the word interchange?
(To Whom It May Concern,
How have you been?
I pray your company may be ever prosperous and be successful in every plan of yours hereafter.
Since conclusion with your company last August, our company has been considering a lot of plans of technical interchange and cooperation between your company and ours. As part of it, we’d like to decide on plans of a concrete interchange with your company so that we can interchange the Biomass Design Technology your company holds.)
Now goes a question:
I wrote the above myself.
However, I am often negative toward my writing.
Therefore, I would appreciate it, would you kindly check up some of rather bad uses of mine there, please?
...especially this following part as well as other misuses that may occur:
“so that we can interchange the Biomass Design Technology”
In the right above, I used the verb ‘interchange,’ but I guess somewhere around the word is wrong, may I suppose.

Hi, It's completely wrong to start with 'to whom it may concern'. Did you not get someone's name last August when you contacted the other company? Have a look at the word 'exchange'.

Have a look at the word 'exchange'. It seems more suitable to your needs.
Is such an extreme level of politeness normal in your culture? It is not, where I live, and would seem excessive here.
