May I call this a 'construction supervising body' ?

Dear All,

Numerous national- and provincial-level titles have been granted to our company by respective national- and provincial-level civil engineering supervision/supervising bodies.

I don't like the fact that the words national- and provincial are repeated so many times... Anyway, can I create such a general term as civil engineering supervision/supervising bodies?

I think you need to start from scratch. But what is a 'title' granted to a company? And there cannot be a great number of 'civil engineering supervision/supervising bodies', so just put in their names.
