"may" and "might"

What is the different of "may" and "might"?

Which one should I use here?

"I might not be able to come at 4:00."

"I may not be able to come at 4:00."

Can anyone help to explain to me?

Thank you!

When expressing possibility, as you are doing here, either may or might can be used. They have the same meaning. may is perhaps a bit more formal.
