OK. The mathematics is right, but I don't see how the word "maximize" fits in there. It's debatable whether it means that you've maximized anything by 20%. You've perhaps "improved productivity" by 20%, but that isn't necessarily "maximizing" it.

If you maximize something, you improve it to the utmost possible.
ie to the point that it cannot get any better.

I don't think you mean this. Do you?

Sorry - I should've given you a better explanation. The software increases productivity, so the user can do 20% more work without working extra hours.

Clive, I mean that the user is able to make the most of their time.

I have to backtrack on the math. It's 25%, not 20%.

Before the super software is used, you can turn out, say, 800 units of work in 8 hours.
At that rate, you can do 1000 units of work in 10 hours.
