Well, I am afraid I cannot help. It is not a word that most of us know. Currently in the Peruvian Amazon, approximately 12,000 people speak the various Machiguenga dialects, and one of them is sure to know what 'Machiguenga/Matsigenka/Matsigenga' translates to in English. Otherwise, you may have to read through Dr Johnson's or similar manuscripts to find out.
There is a detailed exposition on the matter here: http://www.cabeceras.org/sec3nwr.htm . Most primitive tribes call themselves "The Human Beings" in their own language, I've found. That is often rendered "The People" in English.
Sorry. I have no clue. I tried searching for videos, but all I got was the Spanish transliteration pronounced by a gal whose skills I didn't trust; her pronunciation did not conform with Spanish spelling as I understand it.
