In this case I add a few other solutions, which also requires a blank in front or after :
-2 - 5 + 8 + 3 + 6 = 10 (the simpliest !)
2 * [-5/(8-3) + 6] = 10
2 * 5^(-8 + 3 + 6) = 10
-2 + 5 + 8 - (3! / 6) = 10
