someone who talk in English how pronounce these expressions ?

Simple ones :

1+2 , 3 - 4 , 5 *12 , 5 ÷ 23 ?

Fractions :

¼ ? or generally m/n ?

power and log :

x² or any other power ?
vx ?

integral :

?f(x)dx ?

I mean if I'm going into a mathematics class what are all different pronunciations which I may hear from teacher or students ?
