Letter Writing

maternity leave

i have written a letter requesting my maternity leave to be extended which was never replied and was off work till today...the reason for my extension leave is that I need to wait for my babysitter who will be coming in August and as my working is working too with low salary i cant afford not to work. Could you please help me in writing it? ..Sori am new dont where to post me question
