Maternity leave

hi, can you help with a matenity letter for our HR, in fact i have applied for the maternity leave which is starting on 24th of june and i have to rush to the hospital and delivered a baby boy, since my leave starts on the 24th of june i would like to inform them of the leave which i have to start early.
