Material Needed For Conducting Training for College teachers

I am a teacher in english in Pakistan and want to conduct a training of 3-days for college teachers regarding

Building Proficiency In English especially oral delievery and tips for making teaching more effective.

In this connection I shall appreciate if you kindly share your expertise in shap of training material as well as

certain tips for my successful navigation through the training.
