master key

I would be grateful if you help me to correct the following e-mail.

Please be advise that door master keys should be provided to us .

The number of master keys is shown as follows:

1. 3 nos of grand master key

2. 8 nos of master key for e&m rooms

How to use shall & should?

Top answer

Both shall and should are too peremptory to use for a request (and shall is even stronger than should ). Also, try to avoid using extraneous numbers that might confuse. Try this: We request that the following master door keys be provided to us: three (3) grand master keys and eight (8) master keys for the E & M rooms.
