Master application, motivation essay

This is a part of my motivation essay for a master's application...I would be so glad if you could take some time to check it and tell me which parts I could improve!!

WHY DO YOU APPLY FOR THIS PROGRAM? WHAT PARTICULAR ASPECTS ARE APPEALING TO YOU?
As a business administration bachelor student, I have developed a particular interest for the supply chain and its contribution to overall business strategy. During the past two years, I have taken some introductory courses about this matter that provided me with some basic knowledge about logistics and the supply chain, and also sparked my interest in specializing in this field. Therefore, I am applying for this master of Global Supply Chain Management because I consider that it offers the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills needed to pursue a career related to the management of the supply chain.
There are mainly two reasons why I am applying for this particular program at the X Management School. First of all, the contents included and its global oriented approach, make me believe that it is a complete and challenging program. Among all the courses offered, I find especially interesting some of the selected topics, such as the sustainability and CO2– driven supply chain or the reversed logistics, as well as the Supply Chain Business Game.
Another reason was the location of the school, situated in an area with an intense trade and logistic activity, and neighboring one of the busiest ports in Europe. This offers the possibility of attending to interesting field trips and to collaborate with local and international companies. During my exchange year at the Y School of Business and Economics, I had the opportunity to take part in a project in collaboration with Mars Inc. The goal of this project was to find a possible enhancement of their supply chain network, focusing on sustainability and efficiency gains. I personally found this experience as being particularly challenging and enriching. The possibility to repeat such an experience was also a reason I considered in favor of my application to the X Management School.
