I am a hard-working, creative and resposible Master ........?
or I should write

But only say these things if they are relevant to what is needed for the job.

i don't want to combine those 2 sentences, because my cover letter will be too long.

English is confusing.

holder of the second university degree

postgraduate =
person doing postgraduate studies
