I know two meaning of 'Mashed Up' such as 'mashed up car' and 'mashed up song', but I could not get what Rio Ferdinand meant by 'Mashed Up Monday' in that tweet...

And also there is ' kicked in hard '. What meaning did he use that?

I guess a preposition is minus here... 'What meaning did he use that?' Could you tell me what that is?
