This is all non-standard English of the poor urban inner city.
Drugs, violence, crime, ***, alcohol, abuse (of all those things) is all the singers talk (rap) about.

"blow money" means to waste your money by spending it on useless stuff in a very short time. It's like the wind blows your money away and you never see it again.
People go to casinos and blow all their money. They lose it.

Paraphrase: Nobody cares if we are drunk. (They have no family that cares, and their friends are as drunk as they are.) I have money in my pocket (probably from some illegal activity) that we can spend on strong, cheap alcohol.
Let's do it (get drunk), girl.

I have a question. Why do you want to learn this non-standard English? It is not grammatically correct and it changes all the time as new slang words come into fashion. Anyway, the meanings are very easy to guess, because the subject matter is very limited - it is only about drugs, violence, crime, getting drunk, getting arrested, abusing women, *** etc. Just look in urbandictionary.com for meanings - new junk words get added all the time. This is not any "official English" dictionary. It is only words from street talk that people add and comment on.

Don't use any of this in formal writing for school or business, unless your business is writing about rappers and their street language.

I was wrong to decide to teach this song to my students.
Issac's propose video clip uses this song so I showed this clip to my students. But it was not a good idea to have my students listened to and guessed the lyrics. When I saw those things I asked, I decided not to spend lots of time that part.
