Married to/with

0 Hello everybody!02br
02br
00I have a doubt, do "married to" and "married with" have the same meaning?:S02br
02br
00I was taught that "married to" refers to your husband of wife while "married with" to your son or daughter.02br
02br
00- My best friend is married to her first love.02br
00- My best friend is married with a little kid.02br
02br
00..but my school teacher said that they both meant the same, tell me she is not right, please!:P02br

00Thanks in advance! 0-

I was wondering the difference, too. I sometimes encounter with such sentences in the novels : He is married with two children. 050010id1

0 Hello Marius Hancu!:)02br
02br
00But does that mean that we always have to write the comma? I mean, would "My best friend is married with a little kid" be wrong?02br
00"My best friend is married, and they have a little kid", what would happen if you take out this comma? Would the meaning change? (I have a great problem with commas:P)02br

0Many would not use the comma, but I do not recommend skipping it, in order to avoid the mental error of thinking even for a moment that the wife is a little kid05002br
