what if someone asked me this question: Are you married yet? If you get married, don't forget to send me an invitation.

As for myself I am still single and if I do get marry, then I'll send you an invitation.

In dialogue, you often wouldn't bother to repeat "send an invitation". You could just say:

"I'm still single, but if I do get married I'll do that!"

"I'm still single, but if I do get married I'll be sure to do that!"
