Vocabulary

market support

Hello!

Can you please tell me if this can be a verb? Or what would the verb be like? How an we include market in the verb support?

Thank you

I don't see how market support could be a verb, though the participle as adjective is OK-- a market-supported economy (I don't guarantee that that makes sense, however). I think you'll have to use the market supports/will support /etc (that is, support is a verb, of course, but market must be the subject) and its passive form, X is supported by the market .

Thank you Mr Micawber.

Can you perhaps help me to incorporate this word in the context:

In this approach a company is viewed as synthesis of activities performed to design, produce, support (market support?), deliver and promote one's own goods and services.

It doesn't seem to me to require support at all-- just market as a verb (and a couple of cosmetic changes):

Thank you very much.
