Market has dropped

Are these both natural?

This internet provider is offering great deals so cheap in fact that it is forcing other providers to drop prices and match prices or go out of business.

Providers are forced to drop prices because of a low cost internet provider.

How would you say that the market is dropped?

How would you phrase this ?

The internet provider has really dropped the market with their cheap deals.

Thanks
