It is said that many companies reckon that their labor force is supposed to know how to dress elegantly while some believe how they perform at work is more considerable than how others judge their look. I would argue that work quality is more noticeable than how they look.
On the one hand, clothes is a way to notice how professional an individual at work. Knowing what to wear in a special conference should be considered carefully. For example, wearing some upmarket and luxurious items make they look more respectable and appreciation towards them will be higher than those who do not make up their minds before selecting what to dress up today. Uniform is an identifier than some casual shirts, pants, or suits they wear on a daily basis to work, it also helps to develop an ability in processing. To illustrate this point, according to a research, 67% of people who wear suitable suits to work gain more performance in working, and have better minds in critical thinking rather than individuals who rarely use such intelligent materials such as: fabric or silky cloths to boost their working process and to make progress to work experiences.
Nevertheless, people who are hard-working always bear in mind to work in a professional way rather than look at what they are about to wear today. First, for instance, employees who are financially dependent on their boss have to work harder than those who can afford their living by themselves, which leads to a lack of costumes because they are not capable of purchasing such high-cost items themselves, so that is the reason why they forget about their appearance and just concentrate on what they are doing in the working environment. Second, modest people do not care about how they will be looked at, they just live the way they are, they are confident in how they look already so to be working is a higher priority and desire they have to achieve in life. For example, they just do not intend to buy themselves new things because it is no need for them so they can ignore what they think is not necessary.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that making progress in working is more valuable than thinking too much about one's appearance.
