Mark down

If I am selling something on the Internet for twenty pounds and I want to lower the price about two pounds, would it be natural to say: ''I'm going to mark the price down about two pounds.''?

On the other hand, If I wanted to say that I can't lower the price any more, could I say: I can't come down on the price any more. ?
