March 26 was his last date of attendance in the office.

Hi

Would this sentence be natural in an official report?

March 26 was his last date of attendance in the office.

Thanks,

Tom

PS: What about: What was his last date of attendance?

Mr. Tom Would this sentence be natural in an official report? Those both seem fine to me, except I think 'at the office'.

Officially, perhaps it's natural, but it doesn't sound very 'natural' to my ear. March 26 is the last day he was in the office. ~~ He was last in the office on March 26.
