Hi,

Can I say,

(A) The salegirl showed many variety / varieties (of ) jewellery to us.

With 'many', use the plural. Instead of 'varieties', I more often hear 'kinds' in a context like this.

The salegirl showed many varieties/kinds of jewellery to us.

You need 'of'.
