Could you please tell me if the yellow sentences sound natural, especially "from in front of"? If no, please edit them.

They shouldn't have the from in either sentences as they don't make sense and sounds unusual when saying out loud, taking that 1 word out makes the sentences sound right. Many religions don't permit us to walk in front of a praying person. Many religions forbid walking in front of a praying person.

If you walk from in front of someone, it means that you were already standing in front of them, and then you walk away. So the sentence says that you must continue to stand in front of a praying person and not walk away from there. I don't think you meant that.
