Second, some poor people feel satisfied with their living standard at present that means they do not have awareness in raising socioeconomic status themselves. Some of them tend to enjoy their life such as spending money for tourism rather than investing to expand the business.

There are several actions that local authorities could take to solve the problems described above. The first solution is that the authorities should spend more fund loans for some getting rich plans of local citizens. This will attract more inhabitants make an effort to earn money. Another solution is that the authorities should organize some campaign to encourage poor people in getting rich. This may result in the raise of awareness of unwealthy people in getting rich in underdevelop economy countries.
