Many people, including me like you.

I have learned that 'people including me' and 'people, including me' carry the same meaning and then I am curious to know how you feel when there is no pause between 'people' and 'including me' at all in spoken English but there is a comma in written English for the spoken letters.

Many people, including me like you.

Do you native English speakers have no problem deciding on either one or is it confusing?

And if you have to decide one, which one it will be?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

Many people, including me, like you.

If you say this aloud and pause slightly for each comma, I understand best.

I also understand OK if you do not pause at all.

But if you pause for one comma but not for the other, I'll have to hesitate briefly to understand what you are saying.
