Many people believe that it is important to always tell the truth. In your opinion, is it ever acceptable to tell a lie? Explain your answer giving reasons and specific examples.

It is believed that, telling the truth is not always important. It takes a lot of disadvantages in our life.
On the one hand, I know people, especially children should tell the truth. Telling the truth is one the most personality of us. When you know tell the truth, you don't copy in test so you have to study hard to get a high grade. Or you know valuable of money instead of being a crime.... And there are some reasons you see in life to tell the truth to have a better life.
But life is not always built by tell the truth. If your loved ones ills and will dead in one day not far, doctors will not tell the truth with them. It makes people become more bad and bad, they won't eat, drink and meet the doctors anymore. So illness will become worse. Or teachers shoule encourage students who not intelligent instead hate them. Teachers should do evenrything to improve students in anyway. And students have to know that. Telling the truth can make some family break when husband or wife have a new lover. They go outside, have sex with anyone and have a child that laws don't accept. Children in their family will be shocked and feel stress, so they don't believe in love.
In conclusion, I think people sometimes should tell a lie to protect them, their family and society.
