Many of your friends

Are these sentences correct:

1) Many of your friends I like, but John is not one of them.

2) Many of your friends I would do business with, but John is not one of them.

The normal phrasing would be:
I like/would do business with many of your friends...

But I wanted to see if '1' and '2' could work if one wanted to emphasize 'many of your friends'.

Gratefully,
Navi.

No, I wouldn't call it "normal". Suggestion: I'd consider doing business with many of your friends, but John is not one of / among them.
