Traffic flow problems, causing congestion and pollution have already become major social problems in the world countries. Though many ideas are rising from the different corners of the world, building fast ring roads on the outskirts of a city, taking traffic away from the center is an effective solution.

It is clear that building roads in the suburbs is beneficial for the city and its inhabitants. Firstly, building fast ring roads on the outskirts of a city will help to bring down the number of vehicles on the road in cities. If vehicles decreased on roads, the traffic congestion will significantly decline.

Second, It will reduce traffic accidents. If the ring road construction, the accident because of the encroachment and take the road will be reduced significantly. And the result, the number of victims of traffic accidents will decrease.

Nevertheless, we should not forget to mention problems caused by fast ring roads. Forests are cut down and environment will be polluted. Besides this, building these roads will destroy outskirts. Health issues will become a big problem. In addition, the fast ring roads on the outskirts increase the traveling time. It will make people waste time and reduce productivity.

In my opinion, building fast ring roads is not the best way for reducing congestion and pollution and solving traffic flow problems. Although it can bring many benefits, it also causes lots of disadvantages. We must increase to use public transport and also make people use this system rather than their private cars.
