searching is an adjective, and has not noun aspect.
It can be a noun all right:

Nader75after many searches on the web ... OK

after many searching on the web Use "much" instead of "many" as searching is singular. To me, "After many searhings" also looks fine, but a native might tell whether it really is so.

A general rule for gerunds is that gerunds are singular.

However, a few gerunds can be countable and have a plural
