Manchester United's manager, José Mourinho, said.....

Should I keep or drop the commas before "José Mourinho" in the following two sentences?

1) Manchester United's manager, José Mourinho, said last night after the Barcelona game that.....

2) The Manchester United manager, José Mourinho, said last night after the Barcelona game that.....

Also, is it correct to place "last night" after "said"?

Finally, in your own words, how would you say this?

Thank you

In each sentence, use either two commas or none. I'd use #2 without commas.
