Management factors vs managemental factors?

Which one would you use for some routine that affects someone else? Management factors sounds better to me, but shouldn´t it be managemental factors (along the lines of environmental factors)?

Top answer

I have never seen managemental used anywhere. There is probably a better phrase for "management factors" but I have no idea what you are trying to express.
