man or men?

Here I'm trying to use "man" or "men" to represent all humankind on planet Earth. Which of these would be correct without an unintentional implication that I am only talking about male species?

All men will perish from the planet.
All man will perish from the planet.

I need to use men or man because of the amount of beats within the line. It has to be written in iambic tetrameter(with four beats per line).

da dum, da dum, da dum, da dum. — is the formula here.

Having said that, can I use "men"?

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

If "Man" was in the middle of the sentence, would it be capital because it is referring to species as a whole?

Also, can I use the word "kind" when referring to multiple species and things?

e.g. All kind will perish from the planet.
