Making this site paying one....

This site is free to use site. How about making it paying site? If someone answers and the listeners value the answer valuable, let them pay to the answerer through many ways. They can prepay some money to the site managing staffs as deposit and from the deposit, they can pay little by little whenever necessary.

In that way, native speakers can spare time to answer more easily and people asking questions can have more diverse and deep answers.
