Making sentences

I've made sentences as they are required but if there are any mistakes,please let me know.
S + V + to-infinitive (organize)
I do not pretend to know how she organized the show.
S + V + Adjective + wh-clause (unsure why)
I'm unsure the children on the bus why are they not going to the museum.
S + passive verb + to-infinitives (inform)
She hopes to be informed about new calsses.
S + V + having + past participle (forget)
he regretted having forgotten to tell about truth.
S + V + Adj. phrase (formally dressed)
