making sentences

hi....i've made two sentences below.....Please let me know if the sentences are not right according to their requirements given above them.....
S + V + prep. + -ing clause (think)
I think except david everybody is playing tennis.
S + V + noun + that-clause (warning)
John's mother gave last warning to him that not to lie ever again.
