Making sentences:

Can anybody make these sentences below as i did make one.
I'm not good at making them grammatically correct.
S + V + that-clause (believe)
She believed that Mr. Ho was a liar.
S + V + Adj. phrase (formally dressed)

Someone is asking about you?
