Making Sentences

I think that my sentences do not sound natural and they may contain some grammatical errors. I would like to know your opinion about rewriting these sentences ,and also if 'inspirational' and 'inspiring' have an identical meaning.
1) An inspirational talk always boosts my confidence in speaking English. 
2) An inspiring talk always boosts my confidence in speaking English.
