Making requests, suggestions, apologies

Business correspondence requires official style when you send requests, suggestions, apologies etc to your business partners or clients. There are numerous amount of document temples. However, I would like to ask whether someone knows a decent site where the whole information is given in simple way.
Thanks.

Olessia Business correspondence requires official style No, it doesn't and there is no 'official style'. Most of the set phrases once used in business now sound stuffy, verbose, or insincere nowadays. Use good, plain standard English and your letters will be more highly appreciated.

I am partly agree with you that not always letters should be written in official style. First of all, business letters should be informative in a way that allows recipient to understand the essence of the matter clearly. But still, it would be right to state everything in a "business-like style". That's why I asked about some useful phrases or even examples.
Thanks.

But still there is a difference in what way the information is given. It is more appropriate to send letters in a business like manner when you want to be more professional in what you are doing. That's why I try to find some patterns that will help me to achieve this.
