Making question with the verb " to have"

Dear Sir or Madam

I want to know if the question form of the verb "to have" is made by the
auxiliary verb "to do" in all situations or it has some exceptions and
in some situations it is made by changing the verb to have and subject ie:
have you enough time? or Do you have enough time.

best regards,
