Making an argument

Good morning, I would like to ask you for a help, I have been reading this article since yesterday and I couldn't really feel that I understood it please if you can help me by writing a paragraph
(not so long, just 5 lines maybe) that clearly explains the argument of the journalist/text,

This is the link of the article https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2017/aug/11/oliver-burkeman-four-hour-working-day

maybe after I can continue my homework by my own.

aqua book the argument of the journalist/text Isn't it obvious he's saying everybody works too hard? With that in mind, how about if you write a paragraph that gives more details along these lines? Post it and someone will take a look at it.
