Making a sentence

I have two sentences, from which I should make one sentence (Is my explanation correct?). "I have sent her two letters. She has received neither of these letters." 1.She has received neither of the letters I had sent her. 2. I have sent her two letters, neither of which she has received. Which version is correct?
