which one is correct?

1)It makes them confused or confuse.

and

2)It will make me regret or regretted.

So which one will be correct?

or
2)It makes them confuse.

And

or

Native speakers just say "It confuses me."

The possible one is "It makes him confused." but that is not natural English.
