Make/take

The context is like this. my friend is going to the bus pass counter to take the monthly pass and I should tell my friend to get me a monthly pass. But to take a pass there, there is a procedure that they have fill an application and paste a photo to take a monthly pass. So should i tell him, Make a pass for me or take a pass for me or get me a pass for me......... Thanks in advance.
