Hello! I saw this quote from Arnold Schwarzenegger and I cant find the sense, can anyone understand it?

"I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt with Guess on it. I said, Thyroid problem?"

My "guess" is that he was referring to the size of her *******. The message from the sweatshirt was to guess the size rather than to be so bold as to ask. Not sure what, exactly, the thyroid has to do with all this - I'm a male.

Guess is a company that makes sportswear, such as jeans. The brand name was on the shirt. Arnold took the meaning as a question, and replied with his guess. I have no idea why he guessed a thyroid problem.

Reminds me of the woman who had the name of her favourite band, Squeeze, printed across the front of her T-shirt.

(Squeeze were a British band of the 70s/80s, well known over here to those of a certain generation.)
