Makes me sick, disgusts me, sucks

If the following three sentences are correct, do they mean the same thing?

1) His behaviour makes me sick.

2) His behaviour disgusts me.

3) His behaviour sucks.

By the way, should I say, "his behaviour" or "his KIND of behaviour"?

Thank you.

They're correct. #1 is informal; #2 is formal; #3 is slang. 1 and 2 mean the same; 3 is different because you haven't mentioned 'me'.
